As a growing start-up entering a crowded air fragrance market, Scent Fill came to Farmore Marketing with an innovative air fragrance product that delivered universal fitting and all natural essential oil plugins straight to your door. They wanted to created an e-commerce store that would allow customers to visit their website and place a delivery order. They also wanted to offer a subscription service to give customers the chance to order replacement Scent Fill essential oils.
The new partnership relied on Scent Fill’s need for a full-service, one-stop partner as they looked to expand into new categories, launch innovations, and develop a go-to market strategy for placement at key retailers.
Focused on a strategy of "learn, shop, buy, review, and share on your own terms,” Farmore Marketing built a new digital presence for Scent Fill, inspiring users to become advocates for a brand that stood for something.

This beautiful, new mobile friendly store design told the unique story of Scent Fill while still focusing on products and conversion, and balancing a healthy mix of brand and product content.
Branding & graphic design
From this new website design, Farmore Marketing carried over graphic design elements, from innovation to delivery, including a brand guide and label and package solutions, and the use of unique materials to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
The font and color pallet was chosen to create a warm, friendly brand that welcomes new customers. Farmore wanted the imaging to feel bright and epic, to capture the natural elements that are evident in Scent Fill’s products.
This extensive visual identity on packaging and deliverables were then better able to support the Scent Fill sales experience for all shoppers delivering a unified look and feel throughout.
It’s difficult to sell a fragrance product when the customer isn’t able to smell it first. We overcame this challenge by describing the scents with modern, professional photographs to evoke sense memories for the viewer. Farmore wanted the imaging to feel bright and epic, to capture the natural elements that are evident in Scent Fill’s products. The main points we wanted to get across were that Scent Fill products are all natural, universally fit most plug-in warmers and that they can be delivered right to your front door.
